We are headquartered in Florida, United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and supplementary safeguards.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods depend on the type of information, the purpose of processing, and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely archive it.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. These include access controls, encryption in transit, logging and monitoring, vulnerability management, and personnel training.
